Ukrainian teenagers from small towns and villages often have significantly less access to modern education, opportunities for development, and career guidance. That is why the “Zminotvortsi” project was launched—an educational initiative designed to help high school students explore new fields of knowledge, understand how the modern world works, and find their own path.
To scale the program and bring together participants from across the country, a digital platform was needed to serve as a hub for learning, community, and project development. And that’s exactly the platform we created for them 🙂🌱
The main goal of the project was to create a digital educational platform that would combine learning, community, and tools for the initiative’s development. The website was meant to be a place where teens could sign up for courses, learn about the “Zminotvortsi” program, see the scale of the participant community, and feel like part of a larger movement 🤓
Different educational tracks have their own visual style and appear as distinct learning worlds, while remaining part of a unified platform. In addition, this helps teenagers navigate the program more easily and creates the feeling of a unique educational experience for each topic. To showcase the scale of the community, an interactive map of Ukraine was created on the website, displaying the geographic distribution of project participants. Dedicated feedback modules allow teenagers to share their own learning experiences, and the project team has access to analytical dashboards that help track participant activity and the growth of the educational community.
From a technical standpoint, the platform is built as a flexible, modular system. This allows the team to easily manage courses, create new pages, work with content, and scale the platform as the program grows. Additionally, we’ve implemented a support module with a donation system, which enables partners and patrons to contribute to the initiative’s development. 🛠
As a result, we have created a comprehensive digital educational ecosystem that combines learning, community, and project management tools—and helps “Zminotvortsi” develop a new generation of active youth across Ukraine. 🚀
